In 1999, I opened a mortgage company dedicated to personalized, one-on-one service and low cost. The company was named North Bay Mortgage for its first location, which was on the shores of North Bay at Victor, Washington, a small residential community at Case Inlet, Puget Sound. As the company continued to grow, I moved to a larger office in Belfair, Washington to better serve my customers.
