3rd Annual Great PEN Contest - 2006 
NORTH BAY MORTGAGE is proud to announce the WINNERS of our 3rd annual Great PEN Contest!
1. For FARTHEST DISTANCE:
In July, Gordy and Mary Jo Monten of Belfair traveled with their NBM PEN all the way to Chwaka Bay on the east side of Zanzibar, a remote island off the coast of Tanzania, Africa. The Montens win a trip for two to Las Vegas, compliments of North Bay Mortgage. Congratulations Gordy & Mary Jo!
2. For MOST CREATIVE LOCATION:
In August, Richard Pitigliano of Belfair submitted photos and the biggest all-time whopper of a fish story ever told. Richard wrote about his trip to Canada where he caught a 400-pound talking salmon on a hook made from a MIKE BOYLE PEN. He also had quite a series of entertaining adventures along the way. 3. HONORABLE MENTION goes to:
We had so many fabulous entries this year, but there were two that we felt deserved special recognition:
In July, Ed Brassard of Belfair submitted a photo of a live cobra balancing a NBM PEN on its head - unbelievable, but true! (how did he make that happen?)
And also in July, Judy Hosea of Tacoma carried her NBM PEN to the top of a tower on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, 467 feet up in the sky. How high DID she climb? By comparison, the Seattle Space Needle is only 138 feet. Yikes!
These two contestants will receive gift certificates for a special dinner, compliments of North Bay Mortgage. Congratulations Ed and Judy!
The Great PEN Contest was first launched in 2004. It was so much fun that we decided to do it again in 2005 and now, in 2006, our Great PEN Contest has become an annual tradition at North Bay Mortgage.
Contestants can win a trip for two to Las Vegas, including airfare and three days/two nights in a hotel. We give away TWO trips for two and there are TWO ways to WIN!
- Send us a photo of your NBM PEN (with or without YOU) in the "MOST CREATIVE LOCATION!"
- Send us a photo of YOU and your NBM PEN the "FARTHEST DISTANCE" from our Belfair office!
